FTLF-5 Crack Long-term Monitoring System (Intelligent Crack Monitor)

I. Product Introduction

The FTLF-5 Intelligent Crack Monitor is designed for long-term fixed-point monitoring and recording of critical crack changes in high-altitude or hard-to-reach structural locations. This monitor autonomously and continuously measures and records the variation process of cracks over time, as well as changes in external ambient temperature, thereby clearly reflecting the trend of crack development.

The built-in battery of the instrument can record crack change data for over 6 months on a single charge. The USB interface allows for easy downloading of stored crack width values to handheld PDAs or computers, with supporting software generating development trend curves for the crack.

II. Performance Features

2.Designed for outdoor environments with excellent sealing; the housing is robust and durable, requiring no manual intervention once set up and activated;

3.The displacement sensor can be installed once in hard-to-reach areas or high-altitude cracks, with its measurement/recording unit connected via cable to a location near the ground or easily accessible, facilitating future parameter settings, real-time data viewing, data downloading, and battery replacement;

4.The built-in memory in the measurement/recording unit can long-term record crack width variation data;

5.Standard USB interface allows direct downloading of recorded data to handheld PDAs or computer terminals; simple and practical data setup, acquisition, and analysis software.
